so about nowish you may have noticed that i like space stuff. in particular, meteor showers. you don't need a telescope. you don't have to go to a museum or planetarium. all you need is a fresh chunk of outside, a chair (or rock, slab of wood, ottoman, etc.), maybe some brewskis, and patience.
tonight marks the maximum for one of the most intense meteor showers of the year – the quadrantids. so grab the one you love – for me it'll be my bottle of ketel one – and head out to a dark spot around 1:40 a.m. est.
